Product Showcase – Sunday, November 15.
Table space is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
Exhibitors will be responsible for shipping materials directly to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. You must ship to either a registered guest at the Hyatt or your staff person that will be manning your table. Your shipment should be labeled as follows:
2’ x 6’ Table
- $450 – table space reservation
Each table space reservation includes one complimentary Showcase-only exhibitor registration, one 2’x6′ skirted table, one chair and one waste basket.
When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee, if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than October 9, 2015. There will be no refunds after October 9.
All attendees must be registered for the conference, or registered for Showcase-only.
There is one complimentary exhibitor registration included with each table display. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase for a fee of $75 per person. Please note that this badge will only give you access to the display tables. The reception is included in the fee. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included with this badge.
