The Products & Services Showcase has been transformed to make it easier for you. NOTE: In order to participate in the 2019 TRANSform Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your kiosk at the staging of the event.
- Turn-key Kiosk exhibits (see what’s included below) – providing an overall lower cost to the exhibitor
- Exhibits open for three days – more time with attendees
- Opening reception access – networking time with target attendees
- Exhibits located outside of sessions – providing access to all attendees; not just those that visit the show floor
Due to the size of the showcase each company is limited to one kiosk.

Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 15, 2019 (60 days prior to event). A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after August 15th, 2019.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must either be registered for the TRANSform Conference, or be registered for Showcase-Only access.
There is one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a kiosk. Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee of $375 per person. The welcome reception and Monday lunch are included in the fee.
Please note: The Showcase-Only badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor and does not include entrance to any sessions.
