APTAtech Products & Services Showcase
Please note that in order to participate in either the Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your exhibit space at the staging of the event.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists and any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.
10’ x 10’ Booth
- $1,350 – early bird fee by July 11
- $1,550 – after July 11
Each booth reservation includes drapes, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-only exhibitor registration. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you do not wish to be placed next to. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

All attendees must be registered for the APTAtech Conference, or registered for a Showcase-Only Floor Pass.
There is one complimentary exhibitor registration included with each purchase of a 10′ x 10′ booth. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the reservation form. Please note – a Product and Services Showcase-Only exhibitor badge or floor pass only allows access to the Product and Services Showcase, not the APTAtech Conference education sessions.
To register additional exhibitor personnel, you may purchase additional Showcase-Only badges for a fee of $150 per person, per event. The Monday Lunch and Reception is included in the fee.

Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 25, 2022. There will be no refunds after July 25.
