About this Seminar
The High-Speed Rail Policy Forum is scheduled for December 4, 2019, at APTA Headquarters.
Around the world and in the United States, passenger rail networks lay a foundation for economic growth. What should be the respective roles for federal-state-local-private sector in planning, developing and leading these efforts?
