As part of the workshop, a Marketing & Communications Exchange will be held on Monday afternoon, February 26. To ensure the Exchange is a success, we ask all attendees to bring or ship samples of their organization’s marketing and communication materials (i.e. brochures, schedules, promotional materials, etc.). The Exchange will provide you the opportunity to pick up sample materials from organizations from across the country.
Please bring or ship 50 copies of each item. If you are shipping your materials, please send them to the following address:

Because of limited storage at the hotel, if you ship your items, please do not have them arrive before Thursday, February 22; and remember to bring the tracking numbers with you. This will assist us in locating any misdirected boxes.
Helpful Hint: To help us easily identifying the hundreds of boxes for the event, please write “Marketing Exchange” in large print on all four sides of your box(es).
