The registration fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the Welcome reception and the Products and Showcase Lunch.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists and any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.

Badges are required for all events.

You must login to complete your online registration. If you do not have a login, you can create one here. Selecting one of the registration types below requires pre-approval from APTA or additional verification. Please note that you will get a badge only and will not have full access to the events that requires a ticket. If you would like to have full access to the conference, please select one of the registration fees above.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, May 10, 2019.

Pre-registration will close on Friday, June 14, 2019. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite. Onsite registration will open on Saturday, June 22, 2019.

Events Requiring Separate Tickets

Selecting the event below requires an additional fee of $150 per person.

Rail Rodeo Awards Reception – June 23, 2019

Tickets may be pre-ordered by completing the Rail Rodeo Reception Tickets portion of the conference registration form.

Changes/Substitutions

Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to kspence@apta.com. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.

Special Accommodations

If you need additional accommodations to have full and equal enjoyment of this meeting, please inform the APTA meetings department when you register.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than May 24, 2019. There will be no refunds after the May 24th deadline.
