Please note that in order to participate in either the Tabletop Product Display, you must register as a regular meeting attendee, be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your tabletop space a prior to the event.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists and any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.
Product Tabletops
2’ x 6’ Tabletop
- $600 – early bird fee by July 8
- $700 – after July 8
Each tabletop display includes a skirted table and two chairs.

Please note if there are certain companies you do not wish to be placed next to when you complete your reservation form.

Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 22, 2022. There will be no refunds after July 22.
