The Transit Board Members and Board Support Seminar is only open to board members of APTA operating Transit System Members and board support personnel.
The registration fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the Welcome reception and lunch on Sunday and Tuesday.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.
Badges are required for all events. When registering please indicate the size of the system you represent.

Unregistered guest may attend the Welcome Reception with the purchase of a $50 Guest Welcome Reception only ticket.
Selecting one of the registration types below requires pre-approval from APTA or additional verification. Please note that you will get a badge only and will not have full access to the events that requires a ticket. APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.
Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, June 23, 2017.
Pre-registration will close on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite. Onsite registration will open on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrationfees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received inwriting and post-marked no later than June 26, 2017. There will be no refunds after the June 26th deadline.
