Employee Appreciation Event
Target Audience: All RTD employees
Strategy Objective:Get employees' buy-in by forming an employee engagement committee and put on an incredible event that shows the immense gratitude for our employees.
Situation Challenge: There was a need to boosting employee morale, improving job satisfaction, and promoting a positive work culture. Many employees had to work overtime to meet the demands of our service and civic duty.
Results Impact: Through an employee survey, the majority of employees said this was the best employee appreciation event in over a decade with an overall rating of a 5/5 star rating. This resulted in increased employee satisfaction, improved team morale, and a positive work culture. This led to increased job satisfaction and motivation, which ultimately resulted in higher productivity, performance, and happiness.
