Complete Coach Works' Initiative to Educate Others on Electric Vehicle Remanufactures


Target Audience: The target audience for CCW's print media brochure included current and prospective customers as well as its employees.

Strategy Objective:The objective of the brochure is to educate members of the target audience about CCW's electric conversion remanufacture offering. The brochure is used as a marketing communication tool containing timely, relevant information for clients.

Situation Challenge: Some potential customers were unaware of the conversion services that CCW offers through its own operations and that of its affiliate companies. Initially serving as an introduction for CCW's new hires, the brochure soon came to include rich content that brought value to those outside of the organization. The publication is now distributed to potential and existing customers in effort to further educate them on the scope of CCW's electric conversion service capabilities.

Results Impact: The impact has been evident in an increase of inquiries about the services offered through our affiliate companies. The brochure also continues to be successful in its initial objective of effectively introducing new hires to the company.
