Registration for the 2015 BMBG Annual Business Meeting must be done in advance. The registration fee is $800 for members. Attendees may register online with a credit card or download a registration form and send a check with the form. The meeting fee includes all activities with the exception of golf fees, the golf lunch and spouse breakfast which may be added at a later date.
Pre-registration for the meeting will close on Tuesday, January 20. After that date, attendees may register onsite.
Before starting the registration process, please make sure you have signed into the APTA website with your work email and password.
Members may register a spouse or guest to attend certain meal functions and social events with them.
The guest fee is $400 which includes the Monday reception, Tuesday dinner, Wednesday reception, Wednesday dinner and the evening hospitality suite. Guest registrations must be done in conjunction with a full meeting registration.
Registrants may elect to add the guest fee during the online meeting registration process or on the hard copy registration form.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
- Meeting registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than January 15, 2015. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the January 15 deadline.
- In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than January 24, 2015 There will be no credits after the January 24 deadline. You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2015 BMBG Meeting.
For those arriving to the BMBG Meeting early afternoon on Sunday, January 25th there will be an optional golf event for those who are interested. Play will be on the Champion Course, home of the PGA Tour's Honda Classic. Please advise Martha Coffin at APTA by December 20th of your interest in playing.
An optional golf tournament will be held on the Squire Course at the resort on Wednesday afternoon, January 28th. Fees for golf, lunch, rentals, taxes, etc. will be charged directly to guest room portfolios. Greens fees for the tournament are $205 plus tax. Please use this link to notify Martha that you will be playing golf.
If you fail to use a reserved tee time and we are not able to cancel or fill your reservation, you will be billed for the cost.
