The registration fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the Welcome reception, Monday's Lunch and the Reception on the Hill.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.
Badges are required for all events.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, January 27, 2017.
Pre-registration will close on Friday, March 6, 2017. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite. Onsite registration will open on Saturday, March 11, 2017.
Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in
writing and post-marked no later than February 10, 2017. There will be no refunds after the February 10th deadline.
