 Legislative Conference Registration

The registration fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the Welcome reception, Monday's Lunch and the Reception on the Hill.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.

Badges are required for all events.

You must login to complete your online registration. If you do not have a login, you can create one here. If you forgot your password and/or experiencing trouble logging in, please contact APTA membership department at or 202-496-4822.

 No fee Category - Selecting one of the registration types below requires pre-approval from APTA or additional verification. Please note that you will get a badge only and will not have full access to the events that requires a ticket. APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

If you are paying by check, please click here to download the registration form. The mailing address is included on the payment section of the registration form. 

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, February 15, 2019.  

Pre-registration will close on Friday, March 8, 2019. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Saturday, March 16, 2019.  

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing by February 15, 2019.  A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the February 15th deadline. You may transfer your registration fees at anytime without penalty to another person in your organization.

If you need additional accommodations to have full and equal enjoyment of this meeting, please inform the APTA meetings department when you register.




Pre-registration has closed, but you can still register on-site at the conference.
