 Registration

Pre-registration is closed.  You may register on-site at the Grand America Hotel beginning Sunday, November 11.

Not sure if you are registered for this conference? Log in to MyAPTA, then go to My Transactions and Events to see a list of all the events you have registered for.

Registration Types

General Registration

  • $475 per person - on or before October 12, 2012
  • $525 per person - after October 12, 2012

Spouse/Guest Fees

  • $125 per person - includes Welcome Reception and lunch

This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.

Important Dates

  • Early Fee Deadline – October 12, 2012
  • Refund Deadline – October 12, 2012
  • Pre-registration Ends – November 2, 2012
  • On-site Registration – November 11-13, 2012

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than Octoer 12, 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the October 12 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future meeting (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than November 26, 2012.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending this conference.
