APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, March 1, 2019.
Pre-registration will close on Friday, March 29, 2019. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing by March 15, 2019. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the March 15th deadline. You may transfer your registration fees at anytime without penalty to another person in your organization.
