Please note that the application deadline was March 15, 2012.
The 2012 Mobility Management Conference promises to be an important learning and networking opportunity that will enable mobility management professionals to apply mobility management approaches to serve job access, health and human services, and other quality-of-life mobility needs.
Some of the Partnership for Mobility Management’s national organization partners (i.e., National Resource Center for Human Service Transportation Coordination, American Public Transportation Association) have joined to provide scholarships for mobility managers or equivalent positions to attend the 2012 Mobility Management Conference.
Both full and partial scholarships are available.
Full scholarships will cover the conference registration fee and up to three nights of lodging (May 8, 9 and 10) at the conference hotel for one participant. Fifteen full scholarships will be awarded.
Partial scholarships will cover only the conference registration fee, but not lodging. Approximately 100 partial scholarships will be awarded.
Please note that travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the attendee.
The applicant must be employed by a transit agency, government agency, or non-profit organization. Private-sector employees are not eligible for scholarships.
The applicant must either be a mobility manager, or hold a position in which the job duties include those of a mobility manager.
Only applications received by the March 15, 2012, deadline will be considered.
Selection for the full scholarships is competitive and will be determined by the essay question in your application. Full scholarships will be chosen at the discretion of the Partnership for Mobility Management.
All other qualified applicants will be considered for a partial scholarship. Selection for the partial scholarships will be by a random drawing.
Please complete the application form and return it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications must be received by March 15, 2012.
