Product Display Tabletops
Monday, August 1 – Wednesday, August 3
This is not a tradeshow, but an opportunity to advertise your company’s function and services while attending the workshop(s). In order to purchase a tabletop, you must be an APTA member.
Please note that you can save $100 if you make your reservation by July 8.
2’ x 6’ Table
- $450 - early fee - on or before July 8
- $550 - standard fee - after July 8
Each table reservation includes a skirted table and chair and one exhibitor badge.
Please note that shipping instructions and electrical order form will be posted on this page after July 8.
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is July 8, 2016. Please note that space may sell out prior to July 8, so early bookings are recommended. Reservations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 15, 2016. There will be no refunds after July 15.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
Exhibitor personnel must be registered and pay the full conference registraiton fee for the Multimodal Operations Planning Workshop. Given this is not a showcase, there is no time allotted for exhibiting. The tabletop is a means of advertisement.
