Products & Services Showcase

Reservations for booth space is now open. Reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that in order to participate in the Product Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and your booth must be fully paid for prior to the event. Floor plans and an exhibitor information kit will be available towards the end of January. All booth reservations must be received by March 5, 2018.
Floor Plan and Booth Assignments

Reserve a 10’ x 10’ Booth
- $1050 - if payment received by February 6, 2018
- $1250 - if payment received after February 6, 2018
Each booth reservation includes a skirted table with two chairs, and one complimentary showcase-only registration. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method when accompanied with payment. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than March 1, 2018. A $100 cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after March 5.
All attendees must be registered for the Fare Collection/Revenue Management and TransITech Conference or registered for the showcase only.
There is one complimentary showcase-only registration included with each purchase of a booth. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the Product Showcase Booth Reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the showcase only for a fee of $125 per person (reception included). Please note: This badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.
