Products & Services Showcase
Monday, March 18 - 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (reception included)
Tuesday, March 19 - 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (continental breakfast included)


Options & Costs

Please note that in order to participate in the Product Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your booth at the staging of the event.

Reserve an 10’ x 10’ Booth

  • $1050 - if payment received by January 11, 2013
  • $1250 - if payment received after January 11, 2013

Each booth reservation includes a skirted table with two chairs, and one complimentary showcase-only registration.

Space Assignments

Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method when accompanied with payment. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.

Refund Policy

Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than February 18, 2013. A $100 cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after February 18.

Exhibitor Registration

All attendees must be registered for either the Fare Collection Workshop & TransITech Conference, or registered for the showcase only.

There is one complimentary showcase-only registration included with each purchase of a booth. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the Product Showcase Booth Reservation form.

Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the showcase only for a fee of $75 per person (reception and continental breakfast included). Please note: This badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor.  No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.
