Product Display Tabletops
Sunday, July 29 - Wednesday, August 1, 2018
This is not a tradeshow, but an opportunity to advertise your company’s function and services while attending the workshop(s). In order to purchase a tabletop, you must be an APTA member.
Please note that you can save $100 if you make your reservation by June 29, 2018.
2’ x 6’ Table
- $550 - regular reservation fee (reservations by June 29)
- $650 - late reservation fee (after June 29)
Each table reservation includes a skirted 6' table and chair .
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
For non-Canadian attendees, please attach the Canadian Border Services Agency recognition letter to all items you are shipping to the conference. The recognition letter can be downloaded through this link: CBSA Letter
Attendees should address items to the individual registered at the Sheraton as follows:

(Note, the shipping address is a different street then the hotel's official address of 1088 Burrard Street)
Davidson & Sons is the official customs broker for the conference. If you would like to utilize Davidson & Sons to expedite your shipment into Canada, please fill out and return the following customs forms found in the Davidson & Sons service kit here: Davidson & Sons Service Kit
Please note that advance warehouse shipments should be delivered to Davidson & Sons no later than July 24.
Ordering Electrical and AV Equipment
To order an electrical drop or audio visual equipment, please fill out the AV Order Form and return to Marcus Eng at APTA via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The AV order form can be dowloaded here: AV Order Form
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is June 29, 2018. Please note that space may sell out prior to June 29, so early bookings are recommended. Reservations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 13, 2018. There will be no refunds after July 13.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All attendees must be registered for the Sustainability & Multimodal Planning Workshop to man their tabletop. Given this is not a showcase, there is no time allotted for exhibiting. The tabletop is a means of advertisement. Please visit the conference registration page here to register for the conference.
