All reservations require a credit card guarantee of the first nights room and tax in order to secure your reservation.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 26. Availability of the Group Rate after June 26 is subject to availability.
Availability of both rooms and the Group Rate pre and post meeting are subject to limited availability.
Please note, failure to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will result in the loss of the first night's fee and cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
Be sure to confirm your departure date upon check-in as you will be charged an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
Be sure to keep a copy of your confirmation for your records.
Cancellations and Changes at the Westin
Cancellations and changes to your reservation may be made directly with the hotel by calling 617-532-4600. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
