The registration fee includes admittance to all Fare Collection and TransITech sessions, the Welcome reception, and lunch sessions on Monday and Tuesday.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.


It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists and any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.

Badges are required for all events.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Regis​trations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  

Pre-registration will close after Monday, April 2, 2018. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Sunday, April 8, 2018.  

Guest/Spouse Fee

The Guest/Spouse Fee is $125 and includes access to the Sunday and Monday receptions as well as the Monday lunch at the Products and Services Showcase. The Guest/Spouse Fee does not provide access to educational sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than March 12, 2018. There will be no refunds after the March 12​​ deadline.
