How to Make Hotel Reservations
Expovision is the official housing agent for APTA. All reservations must be made through the online reservations link on this page by clicking the “Reserve Hotel Rooms” box above. Reservations may not be made directly with the hotel. Expovision officially manages the hotel reservation process on behalf of APTA. APTA has reserved a block of rooms at the cost of $239 per night (single or double). Rooms are taxable at 16.25% per room night.
Your reservation must be received by the hotel before September 15, 2021. After this date, all rooms will be released, and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to September 15th, so early bookings are recommended.
