Winter Legislative Meeting and Capitol Hill Reception
APTA’s Winter Legislative Meeting and Capitol Hill Holiday Reception will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2026, in Washington, DC.
The meeting will be held at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center in Washington, DC, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 pm. The reception will be held at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Limited on-site registration at Washington Marriot at Metro Center will be available for both the meeting and the reception.
Registration is free.

The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $268 (excluding taxes) is November 9. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate.
