Summary: To improve the coordination of transportation and NEMT services for transportation disadvantaged populations (i.e., older adults, people with disabilities, and people of low income). Funding innovative capital projects that:
- Improve access to coordinated transportation services;
- Reduce duplication of services; and
- Enhance efficiency of the 132 federal programs that may fund human services transportation.
