2026 Legislative Advocacy Fly-In Sign Up

Please join APTA on Wednesday, September 16, in Washington, DC, for a day of advocacy to advocate for public transit and passenger rail. Your voice is instrumental as Congress advances the next Surface Transportation Authorization Act, the FY 2027 THUD Appropriations Act, and other critical legislation.

Registration fees for the Fly-In are covered thanks to the Business Member Activity Fund

APTA has a limited number of rooms through August 18 at the site of our kick-off breakfast, the JW Marriott Washington D.C., but we also have a list of alternative hotels for you to consider.

Morning breakfast programming on September 16 will take place at the JW Marriott.

A separate advocacy training and logistics webinar was held prior to the September 16 Fly-in.
