Cybersecurity is a growing concern for public transit agencies. The most common cybersecurity incidents threatening transit agencies involve email compromise, data breaches, ransomware, counterfeit hardware, and supply chain risks.
APTA provides a number of services to support members interested in a better understanding of cyber security including educational webinars and sessions at APTA conferences and the development of recommended and best practices.
