Summary
This document establishes recommended guidelines for establishing or enhancing rail transit grade crossing public safety outreach and education programs that can be applied to encourage the safe behavior of passengers, pedestrians and motorists who come in contact with rail transit systems at grade crossings and along rail transit rights-of-way.
