Summary
This document is intended to provide a template for developing system-specific transit vehicle truck inspection and maintenance procedures that incorporate best practices. These practices address design details found in a wide sampling of transit vehicle truck designs. Rail transit systems should select recommendations that are applicable to the configuration of their specific equipment.
