Requirements for Safe Operations in Yards and Maintenance Facilities
Abstract
This standard provides guidance for the safe operation of trains and on-track equipment (OTE) in rail yards and maintenance facilities. It is applicable to heavy rail, light rail, streetcars and automated people-mover systems, and provides standards for employees responsibilities for the safe movement of trains and OTE.
