Registration is free. Completion of this registration will help APTA staff better prepare for that day’s events. A small number of hotel rooms have been secured for APTA attendees at the hotels listed below.
Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill
The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $309 (excluding taxes) is November 5. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate.
The Morrow Washington DC, Curio Collection by Hilton
The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $165 (excluding taxes) is November 17. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate.
The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $189 (excluding taxes) is November 5. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate. Please note, APTA attendees WILL NOT be charged the $30 facilities fee, though it will show on your initial room reservation. This rate includes complimentary internet, complimentary coffee served in the lobby 6-10 AM, and a complimentary wine hour served in the lobby 5-6 PM.
