Description: This Executive Order revokes 78 actions and orders that were instituted under the previous Administration. This includes Executive Order 14052 regarding the implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Executive Order 14082 regarding the implementation of the energy and infrastructure provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022.
