Description: FTA is announcing its decision to terminate its rulemaking titled “Statewide and Nonmetropolitan Planning; Metropolitan Transportation Planning” which would have proposed updates to its transportation planning regulations. FTA formally withdrew the rule from FTA’s Spring 2025 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (“Unified Agenda”).
