APTA’s Winter Legislative Meeting and Capitol Hill Holiday Reception will take place on December 4, 2025, in Washington, DC.
The meeting will be held in the East Hall of Union Station in Washington, DC, starting at 1:45 p.m. The reception will follow in the Presidential Suite in Union Station from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Limited on-site registration at Union Station will be available for both the meeting and the reception.

Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill
The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $309 (excluding taxes) is November 5. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate.

The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $165 (excluding taxes) is November 17. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate.

Please note, APTA attendees WILL NOT be charged the $30 facilities fee, though it will show on your initial room reservation.
