The Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Transit Policing and Security Peer Advisory Group, otherwise known as the PAG, is dedicated to bringing transit law enforcement executives together to proactively strengthen the nation’s mass transit system through information sharing and discussion of best practices. TSA and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) partner yearly to host a Security and Emergency Management Roundtable where the federal government, transit emergency managers, transit police chiefs and security directors, local law enforcement contracted by transit agencies, industry stakeholders, PAG members meet for two days to discuss emerging issues, recent security events, new research and recommended practices.
This year the meeting will be held in Cleveland, Ohio June 1-2, 2024.
