The Transit CEOs seminar – for transit agency CEOs and deputies only – provides a unique opportunity for transit leaders to discuss management, policy and quality-of-life issues unique to those at the top of their organizations. This year’s program focuses on many of the critical challenges facing the industry and the C-Suite: ridership, the transition to zero emission fleets, reigning in capital costs, labor, bus procurement challenges, and positioning for success. It will also include two sessions focus on helping Deputies define their roles within the transit agency.
