REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

LACMTA will receive Proposals for RFP No. OP118576 – Zero Emission Buses and Chargers per specifications on file at the Vendor/Contract Management Department, One Gateway Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (9th Floor).

All Proposals must be submitted to LACMTA, and be filed at the reception desk, 9th floor, V/CM Department, on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Friday August 30, 2024. Proposals received after the above date and time may be rejected and returned unopened. Each proposal must be sealed and marked RFP No. OP118576. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Wednesday May 15, 2024, in the William Mulholland Conference Room on the 15th floor at LA Metro, One Gateway Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

It is the intention of CDTA to negotiate for a contract based upon proposals it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

The Authority hereby notifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, disability or marital status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.

PROHIBITIONS ON PROCUREMENT LOBBYING: Pursuant to State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between CDTA and an Offerer/bidder during the procurement process.  An Offeror/bidder is restricted from making contacts to influence the procurement process, except as provided in the procurement process (i.e., proposal submissions and interviews, where requested by CDTA) from the earliest notice of intent to solicit offers/bids through final award and approval of the Procurement Contract by CDTA (“restricted period”).  Contacts must be made only by your designated staff unless a specific exception applies.  CDTA employees are required to obtain certain information when contacted during the restricted period for purposed designed to influence the procurement process, and make a determination of the responsibility that could result in rejection for contract award or even more serious consequences.

FOR PROVISION OF A MOBILE HYDROGEN FUEL SOLUTION AND HYDROGEN FUELING SERVICES

Santa Cruz METRO is accepting proposals for Provision of a Mobile Hydrogen Fuel Solution and Hydrogen Fueling Services. Proposals will be accepted via upload at Bonfire, Santa Cruz METRO’s e-procurement portal, until 5:00 p.m. May 8, 2024.

Invitation for bids (IFB) are requested by the Muncie Public Transportation Corporation (MPTC) 1300 East Seymour Street, Muncie, Indiana 47302 for the lease of heavy-duty radial transit coach tires and accessories starting May 1st, 2024. Requests for specifications, clarification and further information may be obtained from the MPTC, by telephone (765) 282-2762, option #4. All questions regarding this IFB are due by May 21st, 2024.

Bid documents can be obtained from the above address or phone number during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Sealed bid submissions are due by 8:30 a.m., Friday, May 31st, 2024, at which place bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bids received after will not be considered.

The MPTC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as the MPTC deems in its best interest.
