Bus and Shelter Advertising

The Delaware Transit Corporation (“DTC”) will accept proposals for “RFP #23-018, Bus and Shelter Advertising” until 4:30PM, EST, April 14, 2023. Proposal submission requirements are detailed in RFP #23-018.

Questions may be asked in writing until 2:30PM, EST, March 31, 2023. All questions should be sent by email to christyn.small@delaware.gov.

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Delaware County Transit (DCT) is requesting proposals for a Delaware County Transit Strategic Plan

Delaware County Transit is seeking proposals for a vendor to lead its’ strategic planning process. The scope of work/specifications is outlined in the Request for Proposals. The successful vendor shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments.

The RFP, which includes the procurement schedule and submission details, may be obtained by downloading the document from DCT’s website found at www.delcotransit.com. All questions should be directed to: Andy Volenik, Executive Director, via email at andyvolenik@delcotransit.com with the subject heading of “RFP / DCT Strategic Plan”.

Delaware County Transit reserves the right to negotiate modifications to proposals that it deems acceptable, reject any and all proposals, and to waive informalities or irregularities in a proposal or in the proposal process.

As a recipient of federal funds, Delaware County Transit is required to ensure that vendors are aware that per the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. Delaware County Transit can and will monitor Disenfranchised Business Enterprise (DBE) use within proposals. Vendors will need to highlight DBEs to be used within their proposal and the manner in which the DBEs are to be utilized. Vendors will not be discriminated on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in the selection process.

ADDENDUM TO STRATEGIC PLAN

To all solicitors:

Delaware County Transit has received several questions regarding electronic submission of proposals. DCT will accept proposals that are sent via email to andyvolenik@delcotransit.com and:

  • The proposals will need to be readable and printable;
  • Proposals can be separated into sections insomuch as they are sent in order and/or provided a logical numbering system is used to easily organize for reading and review.

DCT does not prefer the use of websites or accessing proprietary software to review plans.

ClasTran is now accepting Bids for Fleet Insurance. The requirements for submitting a Bid are stated in this Request for Bids (the “RFB”). Please review them carefully.

An electronic copy of the RFB in PDF format may be obtained by going to ClasTran’s website (www.clastran.com) and navigating to “Doing Business With Us” or by contacting Richard Abel at rabel@clastran.com.

Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) for Norwalk Transit System (NTS) Fixed-Route Service

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Norwalk, (“City”) invites prospective Proposers to submit proposals to develop a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) for the Norwalk Transit System (NTS) Fixed-Route Service, via electronic submission through the City of Norwalk PlanetBids (PB) online bid portal site. Proposals must be submitted on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 11:00am PST, to be eligible for this RFP.

INSTRUCTIONS: Proposers must be registered as a Vendor with the City of Norwalk on the City of Norwalk PlanetBids bid portal to access all solicitation documents related to this RFP. Architectural & Engineering Services for Antelope Valley Paratransit Operations & Maintenance Facility

Access Services, a state-mandated agency that manages paratransit service providers and eligibility contractors in Los Angeles County, has issued Request for Proposals (RFP) No. AS-4165 to retain an architectural and engineering consultant for a design-bid-build delivery for the Antelope Valley Paratransit Operations and Maintenance Facility.
