The purpose of this position is to direct the District’s light rail vehicle operations. This is accomplished by evaluating and supervising operations personnel, creating and updating operating rules and procedures, preparing operating plans for expanded service, monitoring the application of labor agreements for work assignments, preparing and monitoring operating and capital budgets, and developing and reviewing appropriate training programs.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Norwalk invites prospective Proposers to compete for Bus Stop Assessment, Inventory and Professional Design Services for Norwalk Transit System (NTS) Bus Stop Improvements Project. NTS is a department of the City of Norwalk, a municipal government.

A pre-proposal meeting will be not be held. HRIS-Payroll Software System

The St. Cloud Metropolitan Transit Commission (Metro Bus) 665 Franklin Ave. N.E. Comprehensive Operational Analysis Project Number: NTD-2022-05

The Norwalk Transit District (NTD) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Comprehensive Operations Analysis (COA).  The scope of work/specifications are outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).  The Proposer shall meet the terms and conditions in this document and all other attachments.

NTD reserves the right to accept, renegotiate, or reject any or all proposals and to waive any variance from the requirements instructing Proposers. Any contract resulting from this request for proposals is subject in part to a financial assistance contract between the Agency and the Federal Transit Administration and the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) will receive proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Planning Services.  Proposals must be received in the Metro office at 201 N.
