NOTICE TO BIDDERS

35 & 40 FOOT LOW FLOOR ALL ELECTRIC AND HYBRID TRANSIT BUSES

Sealed bids will be received by Westchester County, New York for the manufacture, delivery, and purchase of up to one hundred and sixteen (116) buses including 35-foot and 40-foot low floor heavy duty battery-electric transit buses, 40-foot low floor heavy duty diesel-electric hybrid transit buses and 40-foot low floor heavy duty diesel-electric hybrid suburban transit buses, further defined in the specifications.

Successful bidder must comply with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and New York State terms of financial assistance agreements. Ineligible contractors appearing on the Comptroller General’s list of Federally financed and assisted construction will not be considered.

The County of Westchester reserves the right to withdraw this invitation to bid, to waive any informality in the bids and to reject any or all bids.

NORTH TEXAS EQUITABLE ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT – DEPLOYMENT DREAM TEAM

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting proposals from consultants to serve in an advisory capacity as part of an electric vehicle (EV) charging “Deployment Dream Team.” Selected consultant(s) will provide advisory and liaison services to the project team to assist with streamlining implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects, including site selection, layout and feasibility and guidance on streamlining “soft cost” barriers such as permitting, zoning, inspection, and utility coordination.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, November 15, 2024, to Lori Clark, Senior Program Manager, North Central Texas Council of Governments, 616 Six Flags Drive, Arlington, Texas 76011 and electronic submissions to TransRFPs@nctcog.org. The Request for Proposals will be available at www.nctcog.org/rfp by the close of business on Friday, October 18, 2024.
