APTA’s Public Transportation Wage Rate Database is a report containing the top hourly wage rates for public transportation bus and rail operators and mechanics for transit agencies in the U.S. and Canada. The report includes details on the range of wage rates by position, including shift differentials, salary increases, pension contributions, and healthcare contributions.

The Wage Rate Database is now available for free. The zip file includes Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF formats.
