The “APTA Meetings” app is the ONLY place to:
- Get the APTA conference schedule
- View the latest Products and Services Showcase floor map
- Learn about speakers
- Plan your daily schedule
- Keep an eye out for important updates
As a part of APTA’s sustainability efforts, there will be no printed programs, so don’t miss out on the “APTA Meetings” app.
- In your Apple or Android device, open the appropriate app store.
- Search “APTA Meetings” and click to install the app.
- Be sure to allow notifications from the app on your device so you will receive meeting alerts.
- In the Event Portal, select the TRANSform Conference and APTA EXPO.
- When prompted, click Start.
- Use the navigation menu to explore the schedule, exhibit floor maps, and more.
- Login with your attendee credentials to save sessions to your agenda, make notes and other customizations in the My Planner tool. These are the same credentials you will use to access the Attendee Service Center to get presentation slides following the conference
Already downloaded the app at last year’s TRANSform Conference or recent events like the 2024 Legislative Conference, Mobility Conference, or Rail Conference? Open that same app, tap start, tap events, and load the 2024 TRANSform Conference.
