Brian Waterman is a Senior Transportation | Transit Planner for HDR, Inc. in their Tallahassee office. Currently, he is working on evaluating transit technology for transit agencies, implementing bus on shoulder, and assisting with managing transit grants. Prior to this, he was the Transit Planning Manager for StarMetro where he evaluated the current fixed route system, planned for the future, and provided analytical and research assistance for the other divisions. He is also an adjunct lecture at Florida State University, teaching Public Transit Planning.
Brian received his Master of Science of Planning from Florida State University, specializing in Growth Management and Transportation Planning. He is involved in the American Planning Association and earned the American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP) distinction in July 2006.
