Welcome to your resource hub for voting on APTA’s proposed bylaws revisions, as recommended by APTA’s Bylaws Revision Task Force and approved by APTA’s Board of Directors at the June 1, 2024 Board meeting in Cleveland, Ohio.
In accordance with the current bylaws – we need a 2/3 weighted vote by you: our valued members, in order to finalize the vote on these Board-approved proposed revisions. Specifically, we need a vote by the designated decision-maker or CEO at our member companies. This will be verified as the votes are tabulated.
